A Display of Power

My subject is still the same. I'm trying my best to link the moon landing with the nuclear testing in North Korea, but it's not going so well. I have an idea of what I want to say, but I'm not quite sure how to establish a clear link between the two. What I need is some kind of question that I can try to answer in the paper, but I don't know how to formulate it.
I'm not sure what else to write, but yeah, I need a scope and an aim.
